By car to the pedestrian precinct via motorway 96:

motorway A 96 ends at “Ammerseestraße”
at the end of “Ammerseestraße” turn left into “Garmischer Straße” (middle ring road; direction of the airport)
follow the middle ring road up to “Donnersberger” Bridge; before reaching the bridge, turn right into “Landsberger Straße” and follow the direction of the town centre (“Zentrum)/the train station (“Hauptbahnhof”)
turn right into “Greifstraße”; turn left into the first street (“Schwanthaler Straße”) on the left hand of “Greifstraße”
follow the street; at the end of “Schwanthaler Straße” turn left into “Sonnenstraße” and then right into “Herzog-Spital-Straße”
go straight on unitl you reach the City Car Park (“Cityparkhaus”), where you should park your car
the pedestrian precinct can be reached best by passing the post office on the left and entering the “Kaufinger Tor”
now follow our description for pedestrians

From the pedestrian precint to the studio (public transport/pedestrians):

all subway lines, by underground lines U4 and U5 and by subway lines 18, 19, 20, 21, and 27 via the stop “Karlsplatz-Stachus”
all subway lines and underground lines U3 and U6 via the stop “Marienplatz”
from each stop it will take about 5 minutes of walking to reach “Neuhauser Str. 15”
the studio is on the 3rd floor of the so-called “Kult-Passage”
