Mystery Shopping / test purchase

Mystery Shopping is shop observation, in which our specially trained interviewers or observers appear as customers in a business of your selection and buy a product or service or at least pretend to be willing to buy a product or a service.

Test purchases usually focussed on observation of the purchasing process, consultation and reactions during the sales discussion. Mystery Shopping is the "classic" use of test buyers to assess quality of service and consultation at the point of sale.

The employment of locally residing test buyers in these assessments makes it possible for us to draw on their idiosyncratic knowledge (knowledge about the locally relevant conditions).

For our field surveys, 250 laptops are constantly in use.
