With this form of business to business questioning, our intensively trained interviewers can uncover the motivations behind consumer, social and market behavior of the customers. Those interviewed are questioned according to a written guide. Usually these discussions are recorded on tape, so that the interviewer has the best possibility to concentrate on the discussion and to respond to statements made explicitly and in detail.
Our experienced interviewers also lead expert discussions. These meetings mainly involve economic specialists, managing directors, sales managers, upper-level employees of pertinent assosiations and organizations as well as physicians in some cases.
For our field surveys, 250 laptops are constantly in use.
